Job summary

Carrier is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager for the Commercial Real Estate team. You will drive business development, grow equipment, controls and service sales, and manage a robust pipeline across assigned territories.

The role requires a hunter mentality, travel up to 50%, and collaboration with Carrier sales, service and controls teams to win large opportunities and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in HVAC industry sales or CRE, or 10+ years with HS diploma.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage relationships for new business development in Commercial Real Estate.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets in assigned accounts.
• Maintain relationships with partners to influence design standards and opportunities.
• Lead bid opportunities and negotiate with potential customers.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline to exceed annual bookings and revenue targets.
