Job summary

Carrier seeks a Commercial Service Account Manager in Dallas, TX to grow Carrier Commercial Service by identifying and advancing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital offerings. You will build trusted advisor relationships and align Carrier solutions with customer priorities to improve lifecycle value.

You will work in the field with customers, manage territory plans, and drive bookings while leveraging Carrier’s global support and lead-generation

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related fields.
• Experience selling service agreements, repairs, or modernization projects is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work out in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and grow high-value accounts.
• Track activities in CRM and manage pipeline to hit targets.
• Negotiate service agreements and renewals with customers.
• Present Carrier value to customers and secure bookings.
• Grow portfolio of service products including agreements, repairs, and modernizations.
