You will build trusted advisor relationships, translate customer needs into measurable lifecycle outcomes, and drive growth in a dynamic commercial HVAC portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related field.
• Experience in selling service agreements, repairs, and modernization projects is preferred.
• Ability to manage accounts and build trusted adviser relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and grow high-value opportunities.
• Manage pipeline in CRM and hit annual targets.
• Close renewals and proposals for service agreements and lifecycle solutions.
• Present at customer seminars to generate leads and expand relationships.
• Promote Carrier value mapping to customers’ business objectives.
