Job summary

Interface is seeking an Account Executive to connect our nora by Interface rubber flooring systems with A&D, end users, and dealers. The role focuses on growing annuity accounts and driving YoY sales in healthcare, education, and industry segments, with field-based client engagement across a defined territory.

The candidate will travel primarily in the territory, build advocacy for our products, and collaborate with regional sales directors, account directors, and support teams to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Three+ years of sales experience in commercial interiors preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills; some travel within territory required.
• Primarily in-field meetings with clients.

Responsibilities

• Learn the nora by Interface flooring systems and their value for key segments.
• Identify and develop project opportunities with A&D, end users and dealers.
• Leverage internal resources and Salesforce to forecast and close deals.
• Build and sustain a dealer network within the territory.
• Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and manage expenses per policy.
