Paychex is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow our Human Resource Services footprint in the Las Vegas area. You will present retirement and health plan products, engage final decision makers, and leverage our go-to-market strategy to win new business.

The role involves scheduling calls, building relationships with financial advisors, analyzing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction through accurate paperwork and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• Less than 1 year of Paychex-related experience with required training completed.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales or sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents retirement plan and flexible spending account products to decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments and visits with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals and revenue.
• Prospects via phone, mail, seminars and local marketing programs directed by Sales management.
• Analyzes prospect needs and determines appropriate product references.
• Enters prospects, sales and client notes into Salesforce for seamless selling and service.
