Job summary

Paychex is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow the client base in the Human Resource Services sector. You will present retirement and spending account products to key decision makers and end users, schedule strategic visits, and secure referrals to expand revenue.

You’ll travel as needed and help maintain strong client relationships while leveraging Paychex’s integrated HCM platform to drive growth and long-term success.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is required.
• <1 year of experience in relevant Paychex experience and successful completion of required training programs and/or certification by senior sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Presents Paychex retirement plan and flexible spending account products to final decision makers and end users to close new sales.
• Schedules appointments with potential and current referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospects via telephone, direct mail, seminars, and client visits to gain new clients and referrals.
• Analyzes prospects’ needs and determines appropriate products.
• Expedites resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Completes new business paperwork and logs notes in Salesforce.com.
