Job summary

Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to drive top-line revenue through expansion of current Strategic Account footprint. You will work with executive decision-makers in a solutions sales motion and display your ability to over-achieve quotas while growing a robust pipeline.

You will collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to penetrate existing accounts, manage relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes with urgency and strategic focus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional direct sales experience to VP/SVP/C-level executives.
• Experience exceeding sales targets with a structured sales cycle.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite & Salesforce.com; able to articulate offerings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leaders to meet/exceed revenue goals within Strategic Accounts.
• Collaborate on strategic plans to drive growth and market penetration.
• Engage cross-functional teams to advance opportunities and deliver value.
• Own the business relationship to drive revenue growth and whitespace.
• Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close.
