Job summary

Global Data Systems in Houston is seeking an Account Executive to own and grow revenue across existing relationships while identifying qualified new-logo opportunities that align with the company’s target profile.

You will engage executives, drive account strategy, renewals, cross-sell, and expansion across modern workplace, AI, Copilot, data governance, compliance, and security solutions to deliver measurable business value. Travel statewide as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B account management or sales with revenue retention, account expansion, renewals, and new-logo prospecting.
• Proven ability to manage relationships, build account plans, expand wallet share, and maintain consistent prospecting for target logos.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, AI productivity, data governance, information protection, endpoint management, and secure collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow existing accounts, protect recurring revenue, and build account plans that uncover growth opportunities.
• Identify qualified new-logo opportunities that fit GDS’s target customer profile and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Lead executive-level conversations, align solutions to business priorities, and drive renewals, cross-sell, and expansions.
