The Recruiting Hive is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in industrial AI and supply chain technology. You will identify prospects, run consultative conversations, and collaborate with leadership to demonstrate value and close deals.

You will engage manufacturing, procurement, and operations buyers, build an outbound pipeline, and help shape sales strategy in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Hunter sales experience driving new business in B2B environments.
• Proven success selling into manufacturing, industrial, procurement or supply chain sectors.
• Strong consultative selling skills for complex sales cycles.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with pipeline building and closing capability.
• Experience selling SaaS, AI, ERP, or procurement tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and win new business within industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Build relationships with procurement, sourcing, and operations decision-makers.
• Lead consultative sales conversations and demonstrate value of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams on demos, proposals, and closures.
• Help refine sales strategies, messaging, and processes as the company grows.
