Qualifications

• 7+ years of client management experience with revenue responsibility.
• 2+ years as a Client Director or similar with multi-million-dollar sales experience.
• Experience selling ITSM, HR, security operations, customer service, and ITOM software.
• Proven ability to lead executive relationships and drive strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to clients and act as the relationship manager with ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with Solution Sales/Consulting/Support/Professional Services to craft solutions for key accounts.
• Manage executive relationships across assigned clients and oversee global resource deployment.
• Develop clear roadmaps and cross-team capabilities to enhance customer experience.
• Achieve financial targets including licenses, renewals, and professional services.
