Qualifications

• 7+ years of client management experience.
• 2+ years as a Client Director with multi-million-dollar sales solutions and executive relationships.
• Experience selling IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, and IT Operations Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to clients.
• Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
• Work with solution teams to develop ServiceNow solutions based on customer outcomes.
• Manage all executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients.
• Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts and deployment of resources.
• Build trust through multi-tiered relationships from IT teams to CxO level.
• Develop roadmaps and capabilities to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve financial targets including licenses, renewals, and professional services.
