Job summary

ServiceNow in the Bay Area seeks a Director of Enterprise Sales for Life Sciences to lead a direct sales team and drive rapid growth across the region. You will craft and execute regional go-to-market plans, align with Sales Operations, and own territory development and forecasting.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor top performers, manage quarterly and annual quotas, and engage with C-level executives to understand business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading direct sales teams and achieving growth targets.
• Proven ability to engage C-level executives and negotiate deals.
• Strong recruiting, coaching and management experience.
• Strategic planning with territory and quota development.
• CRM reporting and accurate forecast management.
• Ability to build long-term executive relationships across functions.
• Experience integrating AI into business workflows is a plus.
• Proven partner ecosystem collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region.
• Build and drive sales strategy for the region with Sales Ops to Go-To-Market.
• Engage in territory planning, relationship development and opportunity development.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Develop territories and quota and communicate performance expectations.
• Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline.
• Achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Engage in C-level meetings to understand customer requirements.
• Build relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing and Partner ecosystem.
• Retain and grow existing customer base with regular non-sales engagement.
