ServiceNow seeks a Client Director - Life Sciences in the San Diego area with remote flexibility to lead strategic engagements across its largest accounts. You will manage executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes for customers in life sciences and related sectors.

You will develop global account plans, align resources, and ensure revenue growth through licenses, renewals, and professional services while navigating a dynamic, AI-enabled software environment.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decisions, or automation of workflows.
• 7+ years of client management with revenue accountability.
• 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales and executive relationships.
• Experience selling ITSM, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management software.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership to clients and manage executive relationships.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow solution teams to design customer outcomes.
• Oversee executive-level engagement between ServiceNow and assigned accounts.
• Direct worldwide development of accounts and deployment of resources.
• Build trust across client organizations from IT teams to CxO level.
• Shape roadmaps and capabilities to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve financial targets including licenses, renewals and services.
