Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a high-impact executive relationship leader to drive new business with major existing accounts. You will oversee senior client relationships and lead virtual teams across Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services to advance strategic outcomes.

In this role, you will manage global account programs, guide cross-functional efforts, and drive revenue from licenses, renewals, and services, while navigating a flexible, globally distributed work

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision making.
• 7+ years in client management with revenue responsibility.
• 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales experience.
• Sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, or IT Operations Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to clients and manage executive relationships.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and ServiceNow solution teams.
• Develop ServiceNow solutions aligned to customer outcomes and drive renewals and services revenue.
• Oversee global development of assigned accounts and deployment of resources.
• Build multi-level trust from project teams to CxO level.
