Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Client Director in the San Diego area to drive new business within our largest existing accounts. You will oversee executive relationships and lead virtual teams of Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services to deliver outcomes aligned with client strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client management experience with revenue responsibilities.
• 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar sales experience and executive relationships.
• Experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Ops, Customer Service and IT Operations Management sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading virtual or matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to clients.
• Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with Solution teams to craft ServiceNow solutions aligned to customer outcomes.
• Manage all executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients.
• Oversee global development of accounts and resource deployment.
• Build trusted, multi-tier relationships across client organizations including CxO level.
• Develop clear roadmaps and capabilities to enhance customer experience.
• Achieve financial targets for licenses, renewals and professional services.
