Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Manager to manage client communications, align project requirements with internal teams, and strengthen existing relationships in a fast-paced legal services environment.

You will track revenue by service type, assist in research and meetings, and communicate TL eDiscovery capabilities to clients, while handling billing and invoicing duties and supporting senior staff on special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 1-2 years of direct work experience in account management or similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and understand client goals and project requirements.
• Act as liaison between client, Director of Business Development, and internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships within existing accounts.
• Track revenue within assigned accounts by service type; assist in sales support tasks.
• Develop understanding of TL eDiscovery capabilities and communicate offerings to clients.
• Prepare materials (SOWs, RFPs, memos) as needed.
• Lead billing and invoice collection for assigned accounts, including past-due notices.
• Support senior team members and handle special projects as required.
