Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an Account Representative for Downstream Chemicals. You will own a key customer account, oversee refinery treatment programs, deliver field support and laboratory analysis, and build trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with refinery or industrial operations preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and interpret data from field and lab reports.
• Proven track record in managing customer accounts and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and performance of refinery process treatment programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional partners.
• Provide account management to understand customer needs and sales opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support troubleshooting and KPI reviews.
• Deliver field support, laboratory analysis, and technical expertise to customers.
• Monitor chemical inventory levels and coordinate product deliveries at customer site.
• Support safe loading/unloading of chemical trailers and totes as needed.
