You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage ongoing refinery chemical water treatment activities, and lead commercial discussions to ensure customer success and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in operation and chemical treatment of cooling towers, boilers, and industrial wastewater systems preferred.
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or related commercial role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with customers through effective account management.
• Identify opportunities by understanding customer objectives, requirements, and growth areas.
• Develop trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and serve as primary contact.
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive projects, technical sales initiatives, and innovative solutions.
• Support account growth strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of refinery chemical water treatment within assigned account.
• Lead business reviews, technical presentations, and commercial discussions with customers and internal teams.
• Communicate customer needs and market insights to drive improvement and growth.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
• Support commercial activities, opportunity development, and account planning.
