Job summary

Keysight Technologies Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for the Aerospace Defense sector in the Southwest government primes team.

You will manage a top-tier government account, blend technical insight with sales acumen, and translate customer needs into Keysight solutions. You will cultivate long-term relationships, drive opportunity development, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored measurements and test solutions.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent education.
• 5-10+ years of Sales/Account Management experience.
• Experience managing customer relationships.
• Proven ability to develop deep strategic partnerships with customers.
• Strong understanding of electronics test and measurements.
• RF/Microwave experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Keysight to customers and the voice of customers within the organization.
• Manage accounts and collaborate with a sales team to grow opportunities.
• Champion Keysight products and custom solutions, informing customers about latest offerings.
• Cultivate customer relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into Keysight solutions.
• Develop and grow the funnel, manage opportunities and complex issues across teams.
