Tektronix is seeking a high-performing account manager to cover key aerospace and defense accounts in the region. You will serve as the primary contact, build deep customer relationships across engineering, program, and procurement teams, and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and white-space opportunities.

You will leverage value-selling and CRM-driven forecasting, collaborate with product management and engineering, and stay informed on defense trends and procurement processes to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales and account management in Aerospace & Defense.
• Experience engaging with defense technologies including radar, EW, avionics, power systems, and mission systems.
• Strong relationships, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned key accounts in the region.
• Build trust and relationships across customer engineering, program, and procurement functions.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies focused on partnerships, revenue, and growth.
• Drive demand through discovery and value-selling aligned with Tektronix propositions.
• Forecast orders and manage opportunities through CRM pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support to maximize customer value.
• Monitor industry trends, defense initiatives, and government procurement processes.
