Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Retirement Plan Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing administration of employer-sponsored 401(k) plans. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliant, efficient plan setup and operation.

The role requires deep ERISA knowledge, experience with plan design, and strong vendor coordination. On-site work is essential to access sensitive systems and support client installations.

Competenze

• Understanding ERISA, IRC, DOL requirements and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Experience onboarding new 401(k) plans and administering plans.
• Ability to guide clients on plan design, compliance and onboarding.

Mansioni

• Lead onboarding of new 401(k) plans with timely setup and documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned retirement plan clients and provide ongoing support.
• Coordinate participant notices and employer communications during onboarding and lifecycle.
