Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is a leading HR technology and services firm based in Chandler, AZ, offering 401(k) plan onboarding and ongoing administration. The Retirement Plan Manager provides strategic leadership in plan implementation, fiduciary oversight, and regulatory adherence to support client onboarding and ongoing operations.

The role partners with internal teams and external stakeholders to design plan features, ensure accurate contribution processing, and maintain strong client

Qualifications

• Understanding of ERISA, IRC regulations, DOL requirements and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Experience in onboarding and implementing 401(k) plans.
• 3+ years leading 401(k) plan implementation projects for a PEO, TPA or payroll provider.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new 401(k) plans and ensure timely setup tasks and documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for an assigned book of retirement plan clients.
• Coordinate distribution of participant notices and employer communications.
• Provide responsive support on plan operations, eligibility, contributions, and inquiries.
• Monitor contribution submissions, rate changes, and eligibility tracking for accurate plan administration.
• Assist in scheduling employer training sessions and reviewing plan documents.
• Support compliance documentation including Form 5500 and nondiscrimination testing.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements.
