Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, Arizona, is seeking a highly experienced Retirement Plan Manager to oversee the implementation and ongoing administration of employer-sponsored 401(k) plans. You will guide plan design, fiduciary duties, and regulatory adherence while partnering with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 5+ years of 401(k) plan administration or ERISA experience required.
• Experience leading plan onboarding projects for employers or payroll providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new 401(k) plans with timely setup and documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned retirement plan clients post-installation.
• Coordinate participant notices and employer communications across the plan lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on plan design, fiduciary responsibilities, and regulatory adherence.
• Review and prepare plan documents, service agreements, and payroll integrations.
