Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in the United States is seeking a Retirement Plan Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing administration of employer-sponsored 401(k) plans. You will provide expert guidance on ERISA compliance, fiduciary responsibilities, and plan design while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless setup and ongoing client support.

Role requires on-site presence, strong regulatory knowledge, and client-facing leadership to ensure accuracy,

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in 401(k) plan administration, ERISA compliance, retirement plan operations or onboarding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn other systems as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new 401(k) plans and ensure timely setup tasks and documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned retirement plan clients, guiding onboarding and ongoing support.
• Coordinate participant notices and employer communications during onboarding and lifecycle.
• Provide responsive plan operations support including eligibility, contributions and inquiries.
• Monitor contributions, rate changes and eligibility tracking to ensure accurate administration.
• Prepare and review plan documents and service agreements; oversee payroll vendor integrations.
• Support compliance documentation including nondiscrimination testing and Form 5500.
