Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Retirement Plan Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing administration of employer-sponsored 401(k) plans. You will partner with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless setup, fiduciary compliance, and robust plan design guidance.

The role emphasizes ERISA expertise, regulatory adherence, and strong client communications across onboarding and ongoing support, including audits and reporting.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience.
• Experience with ERISA compliance and retirement plan operations.
• Proven client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new 401(k) plans and complete setup tasks.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned retirement plan clients.
• Distribute participant notices and employer communications.
• Assist in payroll vendor integrations and contribution processing.
