Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Retirement Benefits Specialist to support client-sponsored retirement plans and MEP/PEP structures. You will handle day-to-day plan operations, processing contributions, and issuing participant support in a dynamic, growing environment.

You will collaborate with retirement vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes, while ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple plans and clients.

Qualifications

• Organizational skills and ERISA knowledge are essential.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and proactively support teams.
• Attention to detail and effective teamwork.
• Experience with retirement plans is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of retirement plans including uploading contribution files and resolving file errors.
• Support MEPs and PEPs through daily administration; review distributions and enroll participants.
• Communicate with clients regarding 401(k) administration and vendor partnerships.
• Follow and create process documents to improve plan operations.
• Coordinate due diligence with retirement vendors to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Client Relations, and Benefits to administer plans.
• Coordinate year-end compliance testing and reporting for 401(k) plans.
• Support Form 5500 filings and audits as needed.
• Maintain accuracy while handling high volumes in a fast-growth environment.
