Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Retirement Plan Manager to lead the setup and ongoing administration of employer-sponsored 401(k) plans, applying ERISA regulations and fiduciary standards. You will partner with internal teams and clients to design plans, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

The role requires deep knowledge of plan documents, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with payroll, compliance, and TPAs, while guiding

Qualifications

• Understanding of ERISA, IRC regulations, DOL requirements and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Knowledge of plan document types (prototype, volume submitter, customized).
• Understanding of eligibility, vesting, safe harbor, contribution limits and testing.
• Familiarity with co-employment models and benefits administration differences.
• Knowledge of data requirements for plan establishment and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of new 401(k) plans and complete setup tasks with accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned retirement plan clients post-installation.
• Coordinate participant notices and employer communications during onboarding.
• Provide responsive plan operations support on eligibility, contributions, and inquiries.
• Monitor contribution submissions and eligibility tracking for accurate administration.
• Assist in scheduling employer training and ensure understanding of plan duties.
• Prepare and review plan documents and service agreements; oversee payroll integrations.
