Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Retirement Plan Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing administration of employer-sponsored 401(k) plans, leveraging deep ERISA experience to ensure compliance and fiduciary adherence.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to design plans, manage onboarding, and provide guidance on plan operations, participant communications, and regulatory requirements. A strong client-service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration and ERISA compliance.
• Experience leading 401(k) plan implementation projects.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional applications.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new 401(k) plans and complete setup tasks and documentation.
• Serve as the primary contact for an assigned book of retirement plan clients.
• Coordinate participant notices and employer communications during onboarding and plan lifecycle.
• Assist with compliance documentation and Form 5500 preparation and review.
• Maintain CRM data and client records for accuracy and service continuity.
