Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to secure and onboard transportation service revenues across the full sales cycle. You will identify new opportunities, propose solutions, and close deals while building strong executive-level relationships.

Expect substantial travel as you engage prospects beyond company offices, collaborate with pricing, capacity, and admin support teams, and guide customers from discovery to implementation with a data-driven, customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5-9 years in logistics and/or sales/account/solutions management of third-party logistics, with a focus on transportation solutions and understanding of the consultative sales process.
• Proven ability to meet revenue goals and act as a trusted advisor.
• Experience with TMS, SaaS, BI; knowledge of domestic transportation modes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to lead meetings with mid- to executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Secure and onboard transportation service revenues from prospect to close.
• Lead Deal Team with pricing and capacity to win new business.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and provide market insights.
• Prospect via visits, calls, email, networking and referrals to engage decision makers.
• Travel substantially as required to engage customers and close deals.
