Job summary

Target Stores Executive Intern program offers paid, 40-hour weeks to develop and prepare you for store leadership. You will lead teams, learn from an ETL mentor, and gain practical experience in daily operations, guest service, and store priorities.

You will participate in hands-on training with managers, lead by example, and work toward developing skills for a future store leadership role within Target.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team or internship roles.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the sales floor leading team members.
