Job summary

Target Stores Executive Internhip offers a paid, full‑time 40 hr/week program designed to develop future leaders for Target stores. You will work closely with managers and team members to learn store operations, guest service excellence, and daily prioritization.

You will be mentored by the Executive Team Lead, gain hands‑on leadership experience, and contribute to guest experience while learning how retail leadership drives store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong guest service and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store priorities and guest service delivery.
• Collaborate with mentors to learn leadership responsibilities.
