lululemon Athletica is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand VM standards to life on the shop floor. You’ll manage product presentation, styling, and in-store campaigns to create a world-class guest experience and drive sell-through.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and exposure to visual merchandising concepts such as color theory, layout, and display techniques. Strong teamwork and adaptability are essential for peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design or space planning.
• Experience supporting product presentation and store merchandising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guest experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and weekly merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
