Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company VM strategies to life on the shop floor. You will execute product presentation, mannequin styling, and sign updates, adapting displays to store needs and campaigns to enhance guest experiences.

You will collaborate with store leadership, deliver brand-aligned layouts, and train team members on display techniques while maintaining an inclusive, fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience with visual merchandising or fashion styling preferred.
• Ability to travel to assigned store as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life.
• Ensure consistent brand standards in product stories and merchandising for optimal guest experience.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, signage and seasonal merchandise updates as directed.
• Engage with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Provide feedback and training to team members on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and supportive working relationships.
