Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand VM standards to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guest experiences and drive sell-through.

You will collaborate with store leadership, implement seasonal campaigns, and train team members on visual display techniques while maintaining an inclusive, high-energy store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests' experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards, placement, and visual display techniques.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment with supportive relationships.
