lululemon seeks a Visual Merchandising Specialist to translate VM strategies into on-floor presentation and engaging guest experiences. You will manage product storytelling, placement, and mannequin styling, ensuring alignment with brand standards and adapting to store needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership, delivering world-class guest experiences, and executing timely visual activations and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located; ability to travel to assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation for a guest-centric experience.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes as directed.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques to team members.
• Offer feedback to support continuous learning and development of team members.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
