Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand-driven VM, product storytelling, and guest-focused experiences to life on the sales floor. You will collaborate with store leadership, manage displays, and execute campaigns to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes collaboration, visual design, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to contribute to seasonal campaigns and in-store events.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM updates including window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and seasonal changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and incorporate omnichannel programs into the guest experience.
• Provide on-the-spot feedback and training on brand standards and visual display techniques to team members.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
