lululemon Athletica is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, mannequin styling, and in-store campaigns to enhance guest experiences and drive sales.

You will collaborate with store leadership, apply brand standards, and train team members in visual display techniques. The role requires a year of retail experience and a passion for design and color theory.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education assets such as high school diploma or above are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guest experience through brand standards and product storytelling.
• Execute visually appealing product presentation to drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Interact with guests to identify needs and provide product education.
