Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or space planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, signage updates, and weekly merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide product education.
• Provide on-the-spot training on brand standards and display techniques.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and supportive relationships.
