Ashley Furniture in the United States seeks a Store Visual Merchandiser to create engaging store displays, plan interior layouts, and coordinate lighting and accessories that enhance the guest experience.

Under Visual Leadership, you will implement merchandising strategies, update signage, perform floor moves, and mentor staff on visual standards while maintaining store appearance and supporting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store visual merchandising.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Implement a visual merchandising strategy to support sales and financial goals.
• Execute visually appealing displays and coordinate layout plans for furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Remerchandise displays, signage, and POS areas; perform floor moves per layout plan.
• Maintain store appearance; assist with repairs and maintenance of lighting, fixtures, and flooring.
• Tag products, receive shipments, and participate in inventory processes.
• Uphold visual standards; ensure audio/visual elements comply with guidelines.
• Develop knowledge of products and promotions; mentor staff on merchandising basics.
• Coordinate tasks with store management and other departments.
