Job summary

Qualifications

• HIPAA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners with upper management.
• Onboard new hires to policies and culture.
• Collaborate with retail management to identify training needs and ensure modules are completed.
• Conduct training sessions on topics such as on-the-job and refresher training.
• Report partner progress to management.
• Assist partners with position-specific tasks and suggest improvements to procedures.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented training and maintain a presentable store environment.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe workplace.
