Qualifications

• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with retail management to train and develop partners.
• Conduct partner onboarding and introduce new hires to policies and culture.
• Identify training needs and ensure modules are completed.
• Deliver training sessions using teaching materials.
• Report partner progress to management and suggest improvements.
• Assist partners with task-related issues and improve procedures.
