Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Training Coordinator to coordinate with retail management to train and develop partners, ensuring training guidelines are followed and progress is monitored.

You will onboard new hires to company policies and culture, identify training needs, deliver sessions, and report outcomes to management while maintaining a safe, customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ years related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.
• Driver eligibility at 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop retail partners with management guidance.
• Onboard new hires to company policies and culture.
• Identify training needs and ensure completion of modules.
• Report partner progress to management and suggest improvements.
