Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, Texas is seeking a Training Partner to coordinate with retail management to train and develop partners across the store network, aligning training with company policies and culture to elevate performance.

You will conduct onboarding for new hires, monitor partner progress, provide guidance to managers, and recommend additional training opportunities while ensuring compliance with state laws, safety procedures and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience required.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business in accordance with the BGC Business Driver Policy.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in conjunction with upper management.
• Onboard new hires to Company policies, procedures, people, and culture.
• Identify partners needing training and ensure completion of training modules.
• Remain current on Company policies, procedures, initiatives, and technologies.
• Deliver training sessions using provided teaching materials.
