Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or GED plus 1+ year related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.
• 21+ years old to drive for Company business compliance.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate with retail management to train and develop partners.
• Conduct partner onboarding and introduce policies and culture.
• Identify training needs with management and ensure modules are completed.
• Stay current on company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Deliver training sessions across a variety of topics.
• Report progress of partners during training to management.
• Assist partners with issues and suggest improvements to procedures.
• Work with front-end partners to maintain a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
• Keep store presentable and maintain a clean, safe environment.
