Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and one or more years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Partners must be 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in collaboration with store management.
• Onboard new hires and orient them to policies and culture.
• Identify training needs and ensure completion of modules.
• Report partner progress and suggest improvements to management.
• Assist partners with position-specific issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain a customer-service oriented store environment and support staff.
