Brookshire Grocery Company, based in Texas, seeks a Training & Development professional to coordinate partner training with retail management. You’ll onboard new hires, monitor progress, and suggest improvements while upholding company policies and a safe shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, HIPAA and food handler certs, plus 21+ driving eligibility. This full-time role offers growth within a community-focused retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with related experience.
• HIPAA certification required.
• Food handler certification required.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.
• Partners must be 21+ to drive per policy.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners with upper management guidance.
• Onboard new hires to company policies, people, and culture.
• Identify training needs with retail management and ensure modules are completed.
• Deliver training sessions on on-the-job and refresher topics.
• Report partner training progress to management.
• Assist partners with problems and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain a customer-friendly store environment and proper safety procedures.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report hazards promptly.
