The candidate will deliver a range of training sessions, identify needs, and recommend opportunities for improvement. Strong teamwork and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with related training experience.
• HIPAA, food safety, and applicable state certifications required where relevant.
• Ability to train, motivate, and develop store partners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners in coordination with retail management.
• Onboard new hires to policies, culture, and procedures.
• Ensure training modules are completed and report progress.
• Deliver training sessions on a wide variety of topics.
• Provide feedback to management to improve procedures.
• Foster friendly, customer-focused store environment.
