The role requires 6+ years in retail operations or related fields, a business/IS degree (or equivalent), and proven team leadership with enterprise software deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in retail operations, workforce management, store systems, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing teams and supporting enterprise software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business lead and SME for UKG Pro, Logile, WorkJam, and Reflexis.
• Drive continuous improvement of workforce management, scheduling, and labor optimization platforms.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Store Operations to identify system enhancements and requirements.
• Manage system configurations, testing, upgrades, and rollout activities.
• Analyze workforce data to identify opportunities to improve labor productivity and store execution.
• Develop and maintain system governance, user support processes, and standards.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving store technology, scheduling, and operational execution.
• Create and deliver training and change management plans for adoption of new functionality.
