Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a Senior Manager, Legal Operations to lead the in-house legal department's operations, technology strategy, and spend management. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least two days per week.

You will partner with legal leadership to drive process improvements, implement innovative tech, build dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights that support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in legal operations or related field in a large corporate legal department.
• Experience implementing and optimizing legal technology platforms.
• Strong background in legal spend management, budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and invoicing.
• Experience reviewing and managing vendor agreements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced legal or business education is a plus; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Legal Operations function across technology, analytics, processes, and vendor management.
• Develop and execute the department's long-term operations roadmap.
• Oversee automated reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership.
• Manage spending, outside counsel, budgets, forecasts, and accruals.
• Streamline workflows and improve service delivery across the legal function.
