Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Operations IT Project Manager to partner with Sierra stores and cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.

You will help design, test, and implement store technology initiatives, drive pilots, and ensure tangible improvements in efficiency and the customer experience. You will coordinate with Store Operations, Technology, Engineering, Facilities, Finance, and Distribution to justify investments, plan training, and monitor post-implementation

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operations-focused role supporting project management and process improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree or related work experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise technology solutions; retail and store systems experience are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to solve problems from ambiguous information.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Support research, design, planning, testing, and delivery of technology projects impacting stores.
• Partner with Store Operations, Technology, Engineering, Facilities, Finance, Transportation and Procurement.
• Coordinate pilots, manage testing criteria, and ensure standards before network implementation.
• Assist in training plans for new technology post-implementation.
• Conduct post-implementation audits to verify results and impact.
• Develop post-implementation reporting for monitoring IT project performance.
